YES!! We just don’t believe in upselling, in teasing you with ALL the images, but you only get to keep a few, unless of course you want to pay extra for all the photos that you have now fallen in love with. We believe in setting a price, and that’s it! No hidden fees, no watermarked images, no holding them hostage. You always have the option to purchase professional, high end products from us, but are in no obligation to do so.

No. The purpose of the 50% deposit is to secure your session date and time. Once your session is booked, any other requests for other bookings at that time are turned away. A session cancellation will result in forfeiting your deposit; rescheduling your session, however, will carry forward your deposit.

We always allow for one rescheduled session, should the need arise, for a pressing reason, while carrying forward your deposit to the new session date and time. We require at least 1 week notice and the session must be re-scheduled immediately. Keep in mind, this event is very limited, so if rescheduling is required, you will need to be flexible. Rescheduling due to poor weather has no limit; we always allow for “wiggle room” should we need to reschedule. Rescheduling due to weather must be last minute (day of), because the Okanagan weather is known to change very quickly and drastically. Rain one minute, sunshine the next!

Unfortunately, because our Springtime On the Farm event includes animals, we do not allow other pets to be present, as we don’t want to add any stress or risk to our animals. We always offer regular family sessions where we absolutely love to include your pets.

Springtime On the Farm sessions are booked closer together than regular family sessions, so time can be more limited. For this reason, we only include 1 family per session (2 parents and their children). The more children, the less time each child will have with the animals. If you would like to add more time, please inquire at the time of booking.

You will receive your link via email between 3 - 4 weeks after your session! YES, it does seem too good to be true, but we keep to this promise, no matter what season it is! We take pride in our t imely post processing time. What is our secret? Well, we actually love the whole process, from actually photographing your family, all the way to delivering your images. We have also mastered our workflow; not sacrificing quality, full edits for a quick turnaround time. We never allow ourselves to get behind, so it also saves our sanity, even in our busiest season. It also helps that we are BOTH full t ime photographers! No day job to get in the way. Plus, we are just as excited for you to see your images as you are!
